To improve your success in securing an interview, we’d strongly encourage you to customise your resume, highlight how your relevant experiences are applicable to the specific role you’re applying for, and summarise how your skills meet the criteria we’re looking for.


Should you be successful in securing an interview, the first interview is typically over the phone or via Teams and is undertaken by one of our talent acquisition specialists. If they like what they hear, you’ll then be recommended to the hiring manager and a second interview will arranged.

Depending on the role, you may also have additional discussions with key stakeholders across the business.

During the interview process, we use a range of styles and would encourage you to prepare for your interview by:

• thoroughly reading the position description
• researching Eclipx and its brands
• having an understanding of the products and services we offer
• consider how you would respond to:

  • behavioural and competency questions such as, “can you give me a specific example of how you…?”
  • experience verification questions such as “what were your key responsibilities in that position?”
  • opinion questions such as “what did you think in when…?”

During the interview process, you have an opportunity to ask questions of us. So, we’d encourage you to consider what you’d like to know about the organisation, the role, the team, the hiring manager and the culture – come prepared with your questions.


Some of our roles require additional assessments to give us an insight on skills and capabilities required to succeed in the role you are being considered for.

Background checks

As a responsible financial services organisation, we undertake a series of background and reference checks on successful candidates including a bankruptcy and criminal history check.

We only undertake reference checks on successful candidates. Please have these ready in the event that you are asked to provide them.
